Now ready to work on your own data

This is a recap of all the stages that were done with the inlet7 survey.

Follow the steps of Reading Survex centreline data.

Then close and restart Tunnel and use File | Open XML Dir... to make sure everything is good. You do not need to point to the top level, you can use a level lower down.

Select the survey you want to work on, use Tunnel | New Empty Sketch, and then on the Sketch Window use Import | Import Centreline. You now have your survey.

Select the background tab in the middle of the Control Pane, click on the Add Image button, select the scanned bitmap of your drawn up paper survey done around a printed centreline, and refer to Positioning and Tracing Images to shift the image to the right place.

Fuse the nodes for final match.

Must make connective paths to the walls first.

Trance the walls and internal areas. Check it's working with the Update Areas button.
