Expo 2006 travel arrangements

In the first column below: D = can drive; V = has own vehicle; F = flying; I = independent both ways; I(o) = independent for outward journey only; I(r) = independent for return journey only; N = cannot take passengers for outward journey; N(r) = cannot take passengers for return journey. Salmon shows near-definite dates and lilac shows flexible/unconfirmed/unknown dates.

Horizontally, the table is divided into Expo weeks, which run from Saturday to Friday inclusive. Vertically, the table is approximately divided into groups of people travelling together, with the person whose vehicle is being taken at the top of the group.
