Export to bitmap broken

In the latest source from CVS (04 Sep. 2006) when you export a bitmap of a rendered survey, you only get a strip down the middle of the survey (about 3/4 of the width), rather than the whole drawing. Export appears to be working correctly in source checked out by date from 31 Jul. 2006.

Possibly a related problem is that printing the drawing (fit to page, Windows XP) results in only the centreline plus a tiny bit of the rendered drawing coming out on the print-out.
